This six-story slate and concrete-clad building stands at the corner of Fayetteville and Martin Streets and features 30,000 square feet of rentable space. Remodeled in 1998, the building now features a renovated lobby, a 24/7 monitored keycard access system, and modernized interior suites and finishes. The interior of the building is bathed in natural light that floods in from plate-glass windows overlooking both Fayetteville and Martin Streets. Each floor features approximately 5,000 square feet that can be shaped to fit a variety of needs with flexible floor plans and up-fitting options.
