Biddy joined Empire’s construction team in 2015. As a Site Supervisor, he oversees day-to-day operations, manages site safety and security and implements site policies and procedures at various construction projects at Empire. He is a graduate of Apex High School and before he joined Empire, worked in residential remodeling and additions.
