Nadim joined Empire Properties in 2021 to assist in leasing and other brokerage activities. Today Nadim is the Broker in Charge at Empire Brokerage Services, Inc. He performs feasibility analysis for future projects, works with tenants to provide excellent customer satisfaction and helps advance projects.
He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from USEK. Prior to joining Empire Properties Nadim, a native of Lebanon, was a business development manager and marketing manager for Calia Group in Lebanon.
He serves on the board of Arz Tannourine, a 2nd division basketball team in Lebanon. He will also be a board member for the Triangle Lebanese American Center in Raleigh serving as the culture chair this upcoming year.
